So ...  is this statement in the blog then incorrect (http://www.iajgs2016.org/blog/)?

"The Programming Committee is hard at work scheduling more than 300 presentations and events for the conference and expects to finalize (and make public) the schedule in mid-March."

Subject: [iajgs2016] Programming during the IAJGS 2016 conference

The conference schedule cannot be finalized until after all the many
pieces are in place.  We have a deadline for speakers to confirm that
they are speaking and then many other pieces still to be schedules.  We
never said that a final schedule would be up in mid-March.  Speakers
were notified of their proposal acceptances in mid-February. We will
have a robust schedule on the first, last and all in-between days of the
conference.  Most of the sessions all through the conference are unique
presentations - that is, very few sessions are repeated. I can tell you
that our banquet speaker, Judy Russell will be speaking at 2 other
sessions, one of them on Friday morning, and these too are three
separate talks on different subjects.

Plan to stay for the whole conference - it's going to be really amazing
with many new features
