I suppose that in reality the blog post was was wishful thinking months
ago, and probably shouldn't have been spoken out loud. More
realistically the schedule should be done by mid-late April (before the
end of the early registration period on April 30) - there are so many
moving parts that on some days our hard working program committee has to
schedule time to breathe!  We know that once the program is set there
may have to be adjustments made to the schedule, but we'd all like to
make that as infrequent and minimal as possible.  Meanwhile, in addition
to the keynote (Devin Naar) on Sunday night, the Banquet (Judy Russell)
on Thursday night we also have the special sessions for educators
scheduled on Sunday morning and an incredible number of films and
special events as well as fantastic sessions still being placed in
appropriate slots on the schedule.

An important thing to remember about registration is that hotel rooms
are going very quickly - it's necessary to register for the conference
in order to get the conference rate at the hotel - so please, register
soon.
