Carol,
At one time (2004 I know for a fact) United Airlines as part of Star Alliance had a special ticket that permitted X number of stop overs. It was called Visit USA Coupons Yes, it had to be purchased outside of the US and one could fly on any of the Star Alliance partners. I don't believe they offer that any more. The best thing is to contact one or two of the international carriers to determine if such a marketing ticket is being offered. Googling Visit USA Coupons I found an old write-up but I don't think the airlines listed are current as they have airlines listed that have since merged together http://www.path2usa.com/visit-usa-tickets

I have two individuals who are interested in coming to Seattle for the conference.? One asked me about some kind of a "pass"
that is only good for non-US citizens (I think) that would enable him to stop in several other cities in the US before traveling back home.?
I believe it would be something reasonably priced but would have to be purchased in their home country.
If anyone is familiar with this, please e-mail directly unless you think the information would be helpful to others.
And a Good Shabbos to all,
