The OneWorld alliance which includes American Airlines, British Airways, and bunch of other airlines offers a 'pass' for North America. See: https://www.oneworld.com/flights/single-continent-fares/visit-north-america . Be careful though. I would definitely recommend comparing the cost of the 'pass' against airfares booked the normal way to make sure that you're getting the best deal.
