Dear Friends:
The conference discussion group is moderated.  However, our options are limited - we can either accept a message as it is written, or reject it.  We cannot remove extraneous information from your messages.  Please police what you are submitting - do not include more information from previous messages than is absolutely necessary.  If you are going to send in multiple responses to a message appearing in the discussion, please send them as one message.

I know frustrating it is when there is something you want to say as a contribution to a conversation and your message is rejected but we are attempting to make the discussions as readable as possible.  There have been a number of comments made about the difficulty reading recent threads because they include too much information from previous messages and it is difficult to see what the actual response is. We would hate to have to reject messages because of this - we really appreciate responses to messages on the discussion group.

Thank you for your cooperation

Janette Silverman, Lead Co-Chair
