For the nights of August 6 through 12, 2016, Airbnb lists a single-bed, 
studio apartment for one or two guests, near the Space Needle and a 6 
minute walk from the Sheraton Seattle, for $200 a night plus fees and 
taxes, totaling $244.50 a night.

There are 60 more listings from $143 to $300 in the Central Business 
District, Pike Place, Belltown, International District and Pioneer 
Square areas, up to a 10 minute walk from the hotel, for those dates.

I have no interest in any of these properties, or in Airbnb. Just sayin'.
