I should clarify that when I said there were no meat options for the meals at the Conference, I was referring to red meat. There are options for chicken and fish, along with vegetarian options at most meals. Time is fleeting. As I write this, there are fewer than 36 hours (Sunday, July 10 at midnight, EDT [GMT-4]) to order meals including the SIG luncheons, box lunches, and the Gala Banquet.
