For speakers who would like to sell books at or after their talks, what arrangements are there to accept and hold these books at the Hotel.

FedEx has a full service shipping facility on the same floor as the Conference in the hotel.  Packages may be shipped during their normal business hours.  The hotel has no facilities to store anything, so if you are expecting any type of package to be shipped to you, make sure it does not arrive before you do, or a charge for handling will be added to your room charge. Make sure, too, you request shipping by FedEx for fastest service.  If you are an exhibitor or vendor, see the information you received from us about shipping your products and/or signage to the hotel.
