IAJGS2016Discussion Mailing List: Speakers books for sale at the conference

There will be tables in the Exhibitors' Hall which is adjacent to the
session rooms, where the speakers will be able to sell books for an hour
after each of their talks. Volunteers will be at  these tables to set up
books in preparation for the arrival of the speakers following their
talks. Only speakers or their designated representative will sell their
books.Nothing is permitted to be sold outside the Exhibitors' Hall.

Speakers received instructions via email how to let the program
committee know about their books.  Signs will be outside the Exhibitors'
Hall which will indicate the time each speaker will be selling (and
maybe signing) books.
