We are very happy that you are excited about the conference and will be joining us.  The deadline for meal reservations has been posted and advertised in many different places for months.  It, like the July 24 deadline for on-line registration for the conference, is an unchangeable deadline. Deadlines for the conference were not arbitrary decisions, but based on the obligations we, as conference co-chairs have to our many vendors including caterers and printers.

The only way to purchase meals at this point is to buy a meal ticket from someone who is not going to be able to attend that event.  However, if you purchase a meal ticket from someone, you will also have to be served the meal they ordered.  All the meals are table service only, and meal choices cannot be changed.

I just tried to buy tickets for the Thursday evening banquet as well as the Sunday JRI-Poland luncheon and Monday Belarus SIG luncheon, but found that I had missed the July 10 deadline and it was now too late.   

Does anybody have tickets for one or more of these events that you cannot use and are willing to sell?   Or could the organizers these events find room to squeeze in one more person and sell me a ticket?    

I am eager to attend all three events, and looking for tickets.   Would be grateful if anyone can help me find a way to attend.
