The entire second floor and all Conference guest rooms will have free wi-fi.  If presenters demonstrate pay web sites, you will not necessarily have access to them without paying.  There will, however, be free access to a number of normally pay sites in the Resource Room during the Conference.  There have already been a number of announcements on this list of sites available in the Resource Room.
