I've lived in Seattle since 1985. The weather here (and in most places in North America) is not meaningfully predictable fifteen days in advance, and I would ignore sites like weather.com. Stick to the US Weather Bureau, but take even its seven-day forecast with a grain of salt. Accuracy degrades rapidly after two days.
That said, Seattle weather from about the second week of July through the end of August is most often pretty stable and pretty dry. Some years it almost never rains a drop during this entire period. That won't be the case this year, but I'd recommend packing for afternoon temperatures between 70° and a little over 80° F.; bring sunscreen; and bring a small travel umbrella just in case. I think that overnight temperatures within the city proper won't be lower than at least the upper 50s. All of this could be quite different in the mountains, if anyone's going on a tour. The nearby Cascades and Olympics are several thousand feet up and some parts are rain forests. Farther east is high desert.

Max Wald asked about the weather in Seattle. I would suggest everyone look at www.weather.com type in Seattle and you can get up to a 15-day forecast. You are able to chose the temperatures in C or F.Jan Meisels AllenAgoura Hills, CA, USA
